Cost of delivery

If ordering 2 cases of straws or less, the cost of delivery is £7.50

If ordering 3 cases of straws or more, the cost of delivery is FREE.

We only deliver to United Kingdom.

Non-UK Mainland / Scottish Highlands

Our courier may charge more for delivery to some specific Non-UK Mainland Addresses, and some Scottish Highland's Addresses. Please contact us for more information.

Dispatch

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day, and we use a 24 hour courier. You order should arrive within 24 hours, however if your order is placed after 3pm, it will not be shipped until the next day.

Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless it is a bank holiday in which case it will be shipping the next working day.
